What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address, order history and the language you browse in. Payment card and UPI details are collected and processed by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
Why we use it
To deliver and support your orders, to send order and delivery updates on WhatsApp and SMS, to sign you in with a one-time code, to run The Circle, and — only if you subscribe — to send our newsletter.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (delivery), Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and our SMS provider (messages), and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your data, and withdraw consent. Write to our Grievance Officer: [NAME], [EMAIL], [ADDRESS]. We respond within 30 days.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting providers with encryption in transit. Sign-in codes are stored only in hashed form and expire after 10 minutes. We keep order records as required by tax law.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and to remember your language. Your bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser.
